LaOS board controlling exhaust fan

Hi, I fitted the two large PNP transistors when I assembled my rev 5 board, can someone please explain how to make the connection between the LaOS board and the exhaust fan. Also if this is possible can a 'run on delay' be set i.e. when the job is started start up the exhaust fans and when the job is finished leave the fans running for say a further 30 seconds then switch off exhaust fans.
