LAOS Laser

We're pleased to announce the 4th release of our LaOS circuit board.

Version 4 looks almost the same as version 3, but there are some minor
improvements:

• optional 3v3 power regulator for using LPCExpresso instead of MBED
• decoupling of onboard Pololu's via extra capacitors
• more information on the silkscreen
• fixed PWM connection so that laser pwm is really on laser pwm and not
  on exhaust-enable
• RJ12 connector for the Canbus
• the LaoSlaser logo under the MBED

For the most common use (a small 2-axis laser), there is no practical
difference between version 3 and 4, but we had to order new boards anyway.

The availability of pre-soldered boards depends on me and some other
people taking the time to put them together and test them. It might take
a few weeks before that happens.
