Wire library has removed .send and .receive

Description
The i2c-panel won't compile on the latest arduino IDE.
The two occurrences of Wire.send need to be Wire.write, and the one occurrence Wire.receive needs to be replaced with Wire.read.
I made these changes locally, but haven't tried them in production yet.
